Lincoln’s Fit Body Boot Camp is a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.
Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified, personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.
But unlike working one-on-one with a personal trainer, our workout programs are done in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions.
This class is specially designed for people who are 50 years of age or older. This class is a tame version of bootcamp for people who are either just getting back into working out again, have a sensitive part of the body due to injury, are clinically obese, or just anyone who is shy about working out in front of other people. If this sounds like you, you are in luck! There is still a chance for you to get the results that you want. The intimidation factor in this class is non-existent , and all our members of this class are very friendly and supportive of one another. Your results will still be tracked as if it were personal training and each exercise will be modified to your specific needs. Our members in this class range in the ages of 40-75 years of age and 120-300lbs in weight. We except everyone that wants to better themselves. Please come join us in this fun and exciting class
